Shipping Policies

ABOUT THE ORDER

SOLOMACO starts the shipping process, once the payment is confirmed through the options offered on the platform. Our staff is trained to make the shipment as efficiently and quickly as possible.

All purchases made through the platform are managed for shipment the same day the process is completed (by sending proof of payment, through the channels offered), as long as the purchase has been made before 4:00 p.m. :00 (-5 GMT). For purchases made on the platform after 4:00 p.m., shipments will be completed the next business day.

The average standard delivery time in optimal conditions, after payment confirmation, is as follows: 

Vilcabamba and Loja: 24-48 hours

Rest of the country: 24-72 hours. 

SHIPPING COSTS

In general, all shipments within the Ecuadorian continental territory have a surcharge of 5 USD. For our shipments, and in coordination with the client, we mostly use the services of Servientrega and Cooperativa de Transportes LOJA.

We reserve the right to send an order effectively or not if it is detrimental to our commercial policy, even if it has already been paid for.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

In the event that there is any damage to the items in your order, please contact the Solomaco team through the email hola@solomaco.org or the Customer Assistance WhatsApp as soon as possible upon receipt of your request, so that we can make the pertinent review of the case. 

Shipments are made through an autonomous service (delivery companies). All images and applications of your logo, colors and corporate identity are made on this site to support our use of your services. Shipping company logos, name usage and additional images are the sole property of each company.
